Polyvinyl chloride can be formulated for use in a variety of environments and applications. It is low cost to use, flexible, fairly robust, and has fire/oil resistant materials. Cable sheath material: PE PE, because of its excellent electrical insulation performance and good processing performance, is widely used as the coating material of wire and cable, mainly used in the insulation layer and sheath layer of wire and cable. Excellent electrical performance and high insulation resistance. Polyethylene can be hard and very hard, but low density PE(LDPE) is more flexible and has excellent moisture resistance. Properly prepared PE has excellent weather resistance. The linear molecular structure of polyethylene makes it easy to deform at high temperature. Crosslinked polyethylene (XLPE) and polyvinyl chloride (PVC) are used as insulation materials for wire and cable, but XLPE wire and cable is more environmentally friendly than PVC wire and cable, and it has better performance.

 

3. Cable sheath material: PURPUR cable is one of the cables. The material of PUR cable has the advantages of oil resistance and wear resistance, and PVC is made of ordinary materials. In the cable industry in the past few years, the position of polyurethane has become increasingly important, at a certain temperature, the material mechanical properties and rubber similar, thermoplastic and elastic combination to obtain TPE thermoplastic elastomer. 4. Cable sheath material: TPE/TPR thermoplastic elastomers have excellent low temperature performance without the cost of thermosetting materials. It has good chemical and oil resistance and is very flexible. Good wear resistance and surface texture, but not as strong and durable as PUR.

Cable sheath material: TPU polyurethane cable refers to the use of polyurethane material as insulation or sheath cable, its super wear-resistant performance refers to the super wear-resistant performance of cable sheath and insulation layer. The polyurethane material used in cables is generally called TPU, which is thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer rubber. Chlorinated polyethylene (CPE) is usually used in very harsh environments. It has the characteristics of light weight, very hard, low friction coefficient, good oil resistance, good water resistance, excellent chemical resistance and uv resistance, and low cost.

 

7. Cable sheath material: Ceramic silicone rubber ceramic silicone rubber has excellent fire, flame retardant, low smoke, non-toxic characteristics, extrusion molding process is simple, the combustion residue is hard ceramic shell, hard shell in the fire environment does not melt and does not drip, can be provided by GB/ t19216.21-2003 in 950℃-1000℃ temperature, 90min by fire, 15min cooling circuit integrity test, suitable for any need of fire prevention, in the case of fire to ensure the smooth power transmission plays a strong protection. Ceramic silicon rubber products have no special requirements for equipment and simple processing technology. Traditional silicon rubber processing equipment can be used to achieve production. Compared with the current production process of refractory wire and cable, it has higher production efficiency and can reduce production energy consumption and save cost.
